Annual Parent Notice
Dear Parent or Guardian:
Our school receives federal funds for Title I programs that are part of the Elementary and Secondary Act of 1965, as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. Throughout the school year, we will continue to provide you with important information about this law and your child’s education.
We are very proud of our teachers and feel they are ready for the coming school year and we are preparing to give your child a high quality education. As a Title I school, we must meet federal regulations related to teacher qualifications as defined in ESEA/NCLB. Under these regulations, you have the right to request information regarding the professional qualifications of your child’s classroom teachers. If you would like to request this information or if you have any questions about your child’s assignment to a teacher, please contact your child’s school.
Thank you for your interest and involvement in your child’s education.
Sincerely,
Belinda Swart, Principal
